LIMITLESS AVIATION IS THE THREE CASES DEFAULTER

Limitless Aviation SM Srl (San Marino) has been officially declared a three-case defaulter the BLACKLIST.AERO Register.
Over the course of 2024–2025, multiple creditors have come forward with substantiated and overdue claims for unpaid aircraft services linked to Limitless operations. As of now, the company has failed to provide any effective resolution or payment schedule. The company no longer appears to be operational, and all known aircraft have been grounded or placed on sale.
Aircraft involved in unpaid services:
• T7-VBS (Bombardier Global Express, SN 9047)
• T7-CLG (Bombardier Global Express, SN 9022)
Both aircraft are currently being offered for sale through Freestream Aviation, despite active claims against them. Our registry has notified all parties involved – including the San Marino Aircraft Registry (SMAR) and the selling broker – about these outstanding debts. However, no action has been taken, and there is concern that the debts may be concealed from prospective buyers.
The CEO of Limitless Aviation SM Srl, Goffredo Gravina, has been repeatedly identified as the primary point of contact in all three published cases. Despite prior communication and commitments to settle the debts, he is currently avoiding all attempts to establish contact and has not provided any clarification regarding the payment status or the aircraft sales. His continued silence raises serious concerns among creditors and stakeholders.
Ownership of both aircraft is registered under CC Air Two Ltd (BVI), a company linked to CC Trust Group (Switzerland), ultimately controlled by Swiss businessman Claudio Cisullo, who has not responded to repeated outreach.
Despite these links, representatives of CC Trust have attempted to deny any responsibility, claiming Limitless Aviation bears sole liability. Yet the aircraft flew under Limitless AOC with visible CC branding, creating a shared reputational and commercial footprint.
BLACKLIST.AERO is closely monitoring this situation. We urge all market participants – buyers, brokers, and regulators – to exercise extreme caution and to verify any aircraft transaction against published debt records.
When a loved one requires urgent medical evacuation, families are often forced to act fast — emotionally and financially. In July 2024, one such family contracted EMS Air Ambulance & Medical Repatriation Ltd, a UK-based company offering bedside-to-bedside repatriation. What followed was not just a logistical failure — it was a masterclass in how carefully drafted contracts can trap vulnerable clients and make recovery of funds nearly impossible.
Another subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group—the Slovak ACMI operator AirExplore—will soon cease to exist as an independent company. BLACKLIST.AERO was informed of this by a source within the company.
Global Aviation Register of Defaulter companies BLACKLIST.AERO is now an officially registered trademark across the countries of the European Union. This week, the European Union Intellectual Property Office finally issued our long-awaited certificate!
The year 2025 turned out to be one of the most difficult for aviation as a whole. One can talk endlessly about the heavy legacy of the post-COVID era, which manifested itself in a global disruption of supply chains and, as a consequence, a shortage of new aircraft and spare parts, delays in maintenance, and so on. Added to this were geopolitical risks—at times it seems the whole world wants to fight more than to create. We are living through a turning point, where the old world order has already been completely destroyed, while the new one has not yet taken on any clear shape. Aviation, in this process, is a litmus test reflecting all of these dynamics.
